From Torsby follow the E45/E16 up north for ca. 18 km. Take the sharp right turn in Vägsjöfors, direction Mora, take soon thereafter (just before a bridge) the first road to the right; Bed and Breakfast THE LODGE Torsby is on your left-hand side.

Malung to THE LODGE

When arriving in Vägsjöfors from the northern direction, take (just behind a bridge) the first road to the left; B&B THE LODGE Torsby is on your left-hand side.

By plane

To Oslo or Stockholm


There are many companies offering cheap flights to Scandinavia. You can fly to Oslo, Gardermoen and Stockholm, Arlanda. Car rentals are available at the airports. Public transport from the airport could be an alternative by bus and / or train to major cities.

From Karlstad you can take the train to Torsby.
